Sure, but if you are bidding BEFORE you went there it has purpose, but if you're going there to see the car and drive it you are not waiting to come home and then make a bid, you would do that with the man himself, wouldn't you?

At least, I would. Then you would have to go back again to pick the car up..
 
yea, you have a point. When my gf was gonna go for that Beetle, she said she would buy on the day as a 4hr round trip is not worth it to take twice.

$30000 is the bid ($53000 is asking price)? That sounds somewhat overpriced to me, and I'm used to norwegian prices. It's not even a convertible....
 
hmm i like the porsche and the rolls i have never been a fan of american muscle but the z28 does look pretty nice

the downside of ebay purchasing cars is shipping (location) and wasted trips on cars you dont win. on the other hand, Buy It Now solves part of that problem.
