Hmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but somewhere in the world (I'm not sure, but I'm thinking Netherlands) they do that kind of conversions because of higher taxation of sports vehicles? And as a pick-up a Porsche 982 is considerably cheaper to own.
Can't imagine that that was the initial idea - the conversion itself must've cost much more than you possibly could've been gaining by tax savings. That's more an issue of owning the fastest pick up in the world (and spoiling one of the finest GT cars in the world )
