Finally voted A6, Quattro and interior were big plusses and I'm sure one day the styling will grow on me. (RS6 anyone?)

the RS6 is an awesome car: 450 hp with Tiptronic five-speed automatic transmission and permanent quattro all-wheel drive and 4.2 liter V8 biturbo. I'd pick that car over the Merc E, BMW 5 and A6 any day

The Quattro will add understeer which means slower lap times. The E60 M5 will not be beaten, ever.Renesis said:

Low end grunt??? Of all the powerplants in the world, the V10 should be high revving. Look at the great V10s: Porsche Carrera GT. 5.7 Litre 612 horsepower V10 with 8000 rpm redline. Lamborghini Gallardo 5.0 Litre V10. And now the BMW 5.0 Litre V10. The only V10 that I can think of that has low end grunt is the Dodge Viper.
