Had a car show at the dealership I work at today. Here are some pictures I took kinda organized but not really. They are all available in higher resolution if you want. Hope you enjoy them.

I'm pretty sure this is a Monza, not a Buick.

Pretty cool!

There is a similar Car show here in Vancvouer at one of the Caddilac/GM dealers.... it's for Caddys obviously but there are usually more than just cadilacs

I love how the 40's and 50's Buicks have a real presence to them. It's almost as if there's a glow around each one. Very beautiful cars!

Agreed! And the Grand Nationals....oh my...

Thank you for sharing these pictures!

Punisher Bass will probably faint when he discovers this thread... :p

The bottom one is a Riviera. The top one may be a LeSabre?

Yeah, I thought it was a Riviera but just didn't know what year (after a bit of sleuthing, turns out it's a '68).

I love how the first one is for sale!

:jawdrop::woot::blowup: How's that?

I like this thread, I like it a lot. What I wouldn't do to get my hands on a Roadmaster, GNX, and GSX. If I had seen all these cars in person I might have creamed myself. Huge thanks for posting.

As the resident Buick expert, as confirmed on IRC, I'm not totally sure what the mystery car is. The tilted headlights make me say it's a version of the LeSabre, but damn is that one ugly car. It looks like a blend of a LeSabre and an old Mercede's (thanks Swek). Maybe it was a custom job somone built?

I'll keep looking around to see what I can find.

I think it may be a Studebaker.

You're right. I can't find out exactly what it is, but it looks like it's a member of the Hawk series. This is good news because I can't believe Buick would have ever made something that fucking ugly.

It is. And it was loud as hell. It had it's hood up at one point, but I was'nt fast enough to get over there. Then he promptly left.

You sure all the turbo V6's didn't scare it off?

My neighbours (nerdy couple) own a mint GNX. 8K on the clock (kilometers btw). They had another but it got stolen.

Wow, those Grand Nationals are totally bad arse.

Awesome in black.

Some other great looking cars there as well.

The GN/GNX came in any color you wanted, so long as it was black. 8)

If you wanted color options you had to buy the Regal T-Type. The T-Type was the exact same car as the GN from the wheels to the roof, but you could pick your color or even have a two tone if you wanted.
