I'm tired of downloading torrents with no seeders...I long for a ratio system so that downloads go faster...But alas, all the good torrent sites are full...

Can anyone invite me to one/all/any of these sites?

Concerning your flooding of posts in the technology section you should back off a bit...
What he means is, he wants to get involved in a site which offers a system where you profit of high seeding speed... Those sites keep track of your upload amount and you are granted earlier access to the torrents and stuff...
