And for those who have seen enough of it ( Sorry J, it's old ) you can press "esc" to stop the animation ( works in FireFox, dunno about ie :firefox:).

Well, I didn't say I didn't know how to do it as you never asked, I just said that 700KB for a avatar or even is a sig is way too big. Not everyone is on 100mbit or something.

*cough* remove it from your sig *cough* :p
 
Well, just get someone to cut out every other frame and then double each frame's delay or something. 700KB is just huge....

(On a 256k line, this thread would take over a minute to load.)
 
Nah, leave it out. Endless animated action avatars are a pain to look at. Everyone will hate you for turning the forum into one of those epileptic animees. At least I do. :x
 
yup.... they distract me too much when I'm trying to read... so I just end up pressing esc when I see it :lol:
 
That's like the worst avatar ever! Animated avatars like this SUCK! Goes directly into my ad-blocker :thumbsdown: Otherwise I wouldn't be able to read any of your posts, it's too damn distracting.
 
^ The problem is that it's hosted on this site. How can I get rid of it without blocking all FG Avatars ?
 
To be honest I don't like it either.
But it was a nice opportunity to add a personal touch.

And a bit of a challenge to see how small i could get the file size.
