This tiny heap shit covered in advertisments and custom rims has been parked a few doors up my street for a while now. It's hard to see in the picture but the rims look like they came off a baby carriage. Near as I can tell it is/was a Mistu Town Box before the owner did this to it.

Ive seen a few similar cars in the UK. Those little Diahatsi things from GT4. Basically a box whith wheels.
