I couldn't agree more!!! We dove into the Fortuner craze and bought one only to sell it a year later due to how POS it was.

here's the facelifted version:

Yes it looks decent, even quite good. but why is it CARBAGE?

1. 2.7L inline 4 engine = FAIL
2. 2.5/3.0 inline 4 D4D engine = well ok this is quite ok.
3. did you see the interior?
4. I can't get a decent conversation going because my voice shakes every time i speak... Harsh ride FTL.
5. Hard plastics
6. REAR DRUM BRAKES
7. 3rd row seats is a joke
8. crappy speakers
9. only 6months into ownership, the radio no longer wants to read CDs
10. Floaty at speed and very prone to turnover = already have a few cases here.
11. Seats should be called benches because that's what they are. no lateral support or any form of cushioning that you can call comfortable.
12. It's a crappy SUV built by Toyota for the ASEAN market that tries hard to be a Land Cruiser
13. It loudly shouts out: "Hey, I bought a fortuner because I am not successful enough to afford a land cruiser, or even a Land cruiser prado!"
14. Horn? what horn? Same horn as a Yaris = GAY
15. body roll at 20kph whooo!!! roller coaster ride!!!!

The Knight Rider is better, but both are still horrific examples.

Both have been found guilty of felony carbage creation with the intention to spread and are therefore sentenced to death by fire. The trial has now ended.

Aww it's wants to be a Golf GTI when it grows up.

From the rear I think that Russian BMW looks great. I really like the big wheelarches and the wheels look good. Shame about the front that ruins the whole look. Good effort though.
