The first thing that popped into my head was how much it looks like someone messing with textures and lighting in 3ds Max.

Seriously, it looks like a 3d model to me. (Maybe it's due to the reflections on the body)
 
They probably just bought it off Craigslist as-is.

From the A pillar back I almost like it, in the same way I like sliced cheese, I know it's bad but I don't care.
Of course the bottom needs to be, say, silver instead of yellow.
And give it some side pipes - straight through.

it wouldve looked better in silver yes, but also if he did the arch curve at the rear rather than the front
 
While taxiing my brother to work this morning a dark blue late 90's / early '00's Ford Laser sedan (323 clone) drove past me. The car was completely stock - even had steel wheels, but had a huge Evo spoiler on the back. I have no pic as I was moving but you can imagine just how ridiculous that looked. I lol'd.

Good concept, bad execution. I personally find this quiet nice:

but yellow was probably one of the worst possible choices.

It has a bit of "hot rod" feel to it.

I know - it needs a widened front fender with a vent at the rear for pin-stripe to finish at. Bit like this...
