cars under 60 sec on top gear

The only car that did it in under a minute was a F1 car, and that did it in 59sec.
The closest any street legal vehicle got was 1:18.9 with the Maserati MC12.

absolutely not, the Renault F1 car did it in 59 sec, its not the best handling F1 car but it is the fastest accelerating one. No road car would be able to do it for a while.

I think every other F1 car will come within one second of each other.
It is the highest formula in the world so I doubt anything can go faster than that.

Only other car i can think of is a Lemans prototype but there not road legal
