Changed tunes in early episodes

I recently downloaded from emule some episodes from series 1 and 2 and found out that most of them have different tunes in cars reviews. i.e. 1x06 - JC's sl55 originally has some angels singing whereas in the one I have there is some pathetic classic-like crap, then in 1x05 in maybach review you can hear 'suede - astrogirl' (in the original) but in mine there is some lame techno music. these are the ones that irritate me most but all the original tunes are gone.

I guess, if there is an original cap of the show, like its was capped when it aired the first time, that's with the good stuff...

But the TG Xtra comes all over the world, and my guess is: They would have have to pay extra money to have the right to use the tunes worldwide...

I got some of those aswell, but deleted them because the music was better in the ones with the stupid SW intro. It's, like Buba said, prolly from TG Xtra, I have seen some of those on BBC Prime.

The DVD's have different music on some items to the ones originally broadcast too. I don't know anything about it, but I put it down to copyright on the music, and that for worldwide distribution the royalties would be a lot more. Can't blame them if that's the case.
