I just got the The Big Book of Top Gear 2011 and the 2011 calendar delivered today and all up it was around $28.Delivery is free and it only took around 2 weeks to arrive.In Australia the book is around $35 and the calendar $26.

I bought one of Hammond's book on the website, never turned up. A year then they sent me a cheque in UK pounds, the person at the bank told me it's worthless due to the fact it needs to be converted and cheque fees etc. So I don't plan on going back.
