Cheese

^Try it with camembert once. Get one that is in a stapled wooden basket (glue melts and does nasty things to your cheese), cut the top off, pop it in the oven until melted. Serve with crushed black pepper and toast, and a glass of wine.
 
OMG and how could I forget Gjetost??? That stuff just freaks the hell out of me, which is why I quite enjoy it.

I like regular pr?stost and french soft things I don't know the name of.
