I am going to spend Saturday thru Tuesday evening in Chicago. I won't have access to any sort of computer during that period.

I gotta go to bed pretty soon, argh. Wake up at 4:30AM, my freakish self is usually still awake at that time. But I need rest cos the morning will be really busy getting to the airport on time.

I'm really excited to finally go to Chicago, been wanting to go there for two or three years. This will be my first time in a big city. :D

I was just gonna say, like you have problems 'waking up' at that time, you're always chatting with me when it's 4am in the morning :lol:

Heh, yeah. I tried going to bed but ended up staying awake most of time. :lol:

Of course, I will be taking tons of pics.
 
You'll enjoy Chicago, it's a really nice city (as far as big cities go).
 
I like Shedd Aquarium, try to make there every year. I'm not a big fan of cities though....
 
The history museum is nice too, if you're in to that sort of thing. I like the buckingham fountain since it used to be on the beginning of "Married With Children" which I loved growing up (not really the best kid's show though).
 
What is there to do there?

My father wanted to go there for a few days this summer. It sounded like the dumbest idea ever to me, but anyway I won't go so...

There are museums, shopping, boat rides, good food, lots of other things I missed, it's really clean there, pretty much anywhere you go.

Not much for a car nut to do, except drool on the cars some of the people have. I saw a Maserati, Ferrari 360 Spider and 575M, several new 911's, a Maybach, lot's of E46 M3's. Didn't see any RX-8 though. :lol:
 
Meh that all sounds very boring, especially since it's not a place with charisma.
 
Chicago is where I shift direction from west to south on my way there. :)

But traffic is always a mess there so I try to steer clear as much as possible. :p
