Chinese Watermelon Art

There's a dining hall near me that has carved watermelons too. They're not quite as intricate as the ones in that link, but they're still cool to see. :)
 
WOW, had no idea that even was possible, must take a whole lot of consentration and time though. Wonder how they keep the melons intact, i mean aren't they like 90 % water or so, the water should normally condence... anyways they were really beautiful :)
