Clarkson Memorable Quote: What's the point of goals?

Hi everyone! I am new here so hope there wasn't somewhere very specific to post this. In a nutshell, I'm trying to locate a funny quote Jeremy says in one of the later episodes in this period. Standing in the studio, he jokingly tells the audience something similar to

"I don’t set any goals, what’s the point? You just fail them and end up feeling worse."

I think it's probably about the 2012-2015 seasons but not sure. I'm hoping someone can help me locate the season and episode number.
