Clarkson's GT is enroute

Only Clarkson can use half his article to talk about another car.
Haha, so true.

I always thought that the Ford GT was much more expensive than that. They must be trying to compensate for the fuel bills :)

Haha by the end of the first page I forgot it was sposed to be about the porsche.

I rolled the page back up at least twice, to see if the picture was misplaced, but the title kept saying it was about the 911.

What's more interesting is that he talks about Top Gear USA as apparently being 18 episodes. Neat.

  Haha, yeah. And the other presenters will make fun of his misery (as they already have in previous episodes).

I cant beleive he isnt screaming and yelling at ford for cocking this up so badly...he must be worried about them taking away his GT. when he finally has it in his possesion im sure the flood gates will open...and Ford will get what they deserve...clarkson on both barrels.

I'm guessing he didn't have enough words to describe the other car, so he just blabed on about his GT for most of the article just to make it over 2 pages long...

What an ego !!! All he does is talk about his GT and in the end adds a bit about the 911 like an apology

hes obviously excited and sick of waiting...its hiz column...he can write about a new pink and purple pokadot dress for all the difference it will make.

I wonder...he likes this car so much because it fulfills a boyhood fantasy of his...to drive a GT40...but will he begin to wish he had bought something elts...like a 997 CS, or a galadrio (sp.) after the magic wears off, maybe buying fuel 2x a day will change his mind.

There are 2 different childhood dream fulfillments... Remember James driving that Lambo and he hated it? That was a bad one...

Clarksons may be way different...

 For all those like me who took 2 mins to figure out what car this is, he meant Gallardo. As in Lamborghini

I don't think the fuel price will change his mind - he's aware of that issue. James driving the Lambo is differentt, because he'd never been in it, and was expecting it to be great. Clarkson, on the other hand, has driven the GT, and loves it, and is also aware of the giant thirst that beast has. Sure, it'll bite his pocketbook, but he'll have to live with it. If he can afford to buy a 355, sell it for way less, and then watch the value go way up again, he can afford to fuel his Ford
