Cleaning sensor tips & equipment

I need to clean my sensor so i wonder what equipment you guys recommend, and other tips.

I use an air blower combined with one of these:

It's a sterile pad that you use in combination with water vapour from your breath. So far I've had great results, I always keep a couple with me. You should only ever use it once for cleaning the sensor, but after that it's still great for cleaning lenses.

tried using a smaller air blower i had here and it removed, at least the big one you see in the pic above.
