OT: Contrary to popular belief the bible stopped being taught in schools because of arguments over exactly which one to teach, not because of us "godless heathens." Of course in the 60's it was made illegal, at least as a requirement.

Also the US used to have a vastly different way of believing/following god

They were keen on religious learning and reason. Evangelicals were suspicious of the mind. Focusing on experience and emotion, they slowly turned Americans away from religious learning.

South korea: boys cheering for their soccer teams. the most amazing thing is that they do this with their CLOTHES (not holding up cards). they have a jacket that is one color on the back, one on the front, and that they can open or close to show a third color shirt on the inside. One school has also figured out how to use their pants to make shading.
