I know alot of you are running websites... I just want to know if any of you know how to create your own online album?.. I'm thinking about starting my own website

i have a similar issue.

i have tons of pics i want to upload onto a gallery, any ideas?

these are the autoshow pics, over 200 and other pics 150, of me at a Benz dealership. besides the fact that i have to resize them which takes a while, id need a place to be able to upload them and link it here.

can photobucket handle so many pics?

Otherwise if you have your own server I can recommend Gallery
It's a bit of a pain to install but once it works it's really good :)

or get 4homepages... www.4homepages.de (its also english, though...) I found it less cramped than coppermine... I guess it depends on your style...

If you wanna see it in action (unmodded, out of the box) www.bubapics.de

Buba

//Rens and mine need a webspace with php + mysql db, afaik... If you already have a websapce, but it doesn't have php support, use jalbum.net

I don't want the online ones like the imageshack blog thingy... I want to write my own website and add them on as well

I just started gotdrift.net and it will have a member feature to upload you images and your profile, im working on the code right now, should be up in a week or so. Right now its not much but its in the works.
