CS:Source jerkiness

for some reason my CS:source jumps around a lot, even though i put the settings down to medium and did all the cl_smooth 0 things, anything else I can do. Because i play farcry on medium and it doesn't lag one bit, while CS doesn't seem to need that much power, it's all jerky.

MAy be the pings or the servers, try a few.

i turned down my settings to medium cl_smooth 0 and cl_smoothtime 0 and it still is a little jerky for some reason

Updated everything? My cs recently fucked up big time, textures are all screwed, unplayable now. Dunno what's happened....
