Dash cam opinion

What do you all think of these two? I'm thinking about getting a "dash cam" but I know literally nothing about them. I just know I don't want anything stuck to my dash or windscreen. They seem to get good reviews and record very well at night under low lighting conditions.

Those mirror cams are generally iffy at best. We have a whole dashcam thread here. I generally always recommend the Mini 0803, though it seems like mine may have bricked itself this morning.

A good resource for reviews is the Techmoan Youtube channel. Start with this video and go from there.
