i really want a girlfriend

When you go to school, look for a girl that is so-so, a bit chubby or not that attractive.

You have start somewhere and my first girlfriend was no supermodel.

You HAVE to build confidence. That comes with experience being with girls so date someone not so great, not hot. If you set your attention at wanting to be with the hot girl in ur class you will get no where. It is like dreaming of a Zonda and wanting it. Unless you make good money or save you will dream the rest of ur life. You start with a cheap car and you work and make money, progressively getting to better cars over the years til you can afford the Zonda.

You will turn out to be that loser, lonely guy everyone makes fun of 10yrs from now with hairy ass palms and no girl. OR you could be a lady charmer, confident guy that will be dating 2 girls at once.

Pity and dreaming of wanting a girlfreind will get you no where, HEED MY WORDS OF WISDOM!!

Hey Dark Templar, if you are lacking of Self confidence...try a few "workshops" at your school. Most schools here have those workshops you can choose from and don't have anything to do with your education, it's just for yourself. I chose "Present" and that gives you alot of confidence, there was a workshop called "being more confident". That might help..

Hey, everybody's shy, the girls are too, they just talk crap when their girls are with them, just try to get one alone.
That's a pity you don't have these workshops, I have another workshop every 3 months.
I earn credits with it and meet new people every 3 months, it's really cool, I try to choose the "girly-workshops", so lots of talking and shit..hehe

I could even choose Russian, philosophize with kids, yoga and some other crap.

Oh and go to schoolparties, you'll meet people there when you're drunk and hopefully the girls will recognize you at school and start saying "hi".

Well thats a good thing then. BUT, you have to build your confidence. You have to get punched a few times before you learn to block a punch. Ask a few girls out. Maybe all the ones you ask will reject you but it will help in the long run. You will begin to get the hang of it and not care to be rejected. Of course it will hurt at first, but the more girls you ask out, the higher your chances increase for actually getting a date.

After all, you have to start somewhere unless you want to be shy all ur life.

Im giving you homework to do, ask 3 girls (any girls, the "somewhat like" girls preferably) out by next wednesday.

If they are with their friends, say, "mind if I speak with you alone for a minute?"

I want to hopefully hear you say you asked 3 girls out by next wednesday.

DO IT! Think positive, think of building your confidence, of not being shy. This is where it starts!

Why? Alcohol isn't bad. Not if you drink normal, and can act normal.
For some people it can help to be more social.
You can have a lot of fun with alchohol :lol:

i'm only 15, like i will be able to get drunk anyways my school condones it, due to fact many people have been suspeneded or expelled for underage drinking of caught with beer

Not to mention i don't like the smell, and what it smells like is like what it tastes

Acting is very good too! Mostly girls do it and it also helps you to build confidence, to practice speaking in front of many people, etc.

It might cost you quite an effort, but it's well worth it.

Come to Germany/Europe, drinking and going out at that age is perfectly normal here...

and no you don't need alcohol to gain confidence, you need to kick yourself in the butt.

And you're only 15, it's no big deal really, you have plenty of time remaining, and usually love at 15, is quite pathetic and doesn't last long, although I know two couples that have been lastingfor 3 years (started when they were 15), one's still good, the other one is collapsing ATM

Can you honestly tell me thats a good thing? Being dependant on a drink for confidence. I totally understand that some people do it that way but those are obviously ppl lacking self esteem and confidence. Social drinking is fine, getting drunk because you want to is ok, heck do what you want just dont drive BUT drinking to gain confidence is a bit pathetic. You should build yourself up so that you will drink when you want to or whatever, not to dance with a girl, feel more relaxed with yourself. That should come naturally.

I was the exact same way in high school. I know where you are coming from, its almost like talking to a younger me...sorta.

The problem with your method, as I learned the hard way, is that its not aggressive enough.

I used to do the same thing, I have a sense of humor so I used do that

get to know em for a while then try to ask em out...

stuff but its just loser talk.

That method will get you a friend, not girlfriend. She will see a friendly guy in you and talk to you about the guys she likes and that is when it is over, you have been labeled by her..."the friend". :shock:

Trust me on this, AGGRESSIVE is the way you get a girlfriend. Just do it.

Pick 3 girls, ask them out, you say "I'd really like to get to know you better, how bout we go out?".

This will help you, trust me. Dont be afraid to do it. By senior year in highschool you will have enough confidence to take the hottest girl to the prom and score.

Some more than others. Alchohol can give an extra push in the right direction, and help things out. But that doesn't mean someone will become dependent on it for the rest of thier lives.
