DirectX 9

Hi can anyone tell me where i can get the latest FULL installer
of DirectX 9.
I have found one but it wants me to install over the internet, but i need it for another computer which does not have an internet connection.

Hey thanks for that bigfoot.
I didnt think that the download would be so big 33.5MB :shock:
And wasnt sure since it said something about "for Software Developers"
Anyway i will give it ago and see what happens.
