I guess you all heard the story...It's on the CNN headpage now.

http://www.cnn.com/

I personally think he's innocent...he's a little strange with kids but I don't think he did it this time, it's the kid who showed up at the vid.
He's a sitting duck, easy target with lots of money and a bad reputation..

Innocent or not, he's certainly not the brightest tool in the shed.

That doesn't really matter if he's intelligent. I don't know all the stuff about him and he might have done some bad shit with kids but I have a feeling this kid/his parents are out for his money..

^ Could be, I really can't tell, and I'm in no position to know.
IMHO after the previous incident, he should have:
a) Stopped hanging out with kids.
b) Made sure an adult (other than him) was with the kids at all times.
c) Videotape everything.
d) Have a lawyer with him at all time to tell him something he does might be "misinterpreted".

Now I think it's reasonably safe to say he didn't do "a" or "b", and it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't do "c" or "d" either.

I think he is innocent. He obviously had a really tramatic childhood, so he is really messed up and living his childhood now.

I think he is completely naive to how the world works (trusts too much).

Ya my guess he got stuck at that developmental stage, which is something that can happen to children that experience traumatic events.
I suppose personally, I'm stuck at the teenage developmental stage:
<--

Certainly something that is consistent with "child-like" properties.

I think he's guilty, but I have an open mind. I think he's still living his childhood and sees nothing wrong with sleeping in the same bed as kids and then has his grown-up urges.

I personally think he is guilty, but that comes mostly from speculation. I think the fact that he went through an identical ordeal and then went straight back to the behaviour that caused the problem in the first place is pretty indicative of pedophilia.

If he were innocent his mental and social problems would have to be extremely severe. I wouldn't be too surprised if that was the case, but again, repeating this behaviour really makes me think he is guilty.

If the parents watched all of the news the first time around, then let their kid go play with Jackson, then either the parents are idiots, sickos, or they are out to get Jackson's money. Who would let their kid go spend time alone with that guy (or whatever)?? I wouldn't.

you need a poll

but i say

HELL NO!!!!

as guilty as can be

(and they found kids fingerprints in his pornomags, what more proof do you want?)

"Innocent until proven guilty", anyone????!

We weren't there, so it's silly to say "yea, of course he did it".

Sure he prolly the weirdest dude in our time, but that doesn't autmatically mean he's a child molestor ...

I think it's more of a sign of how our world is coming to :
- that a man can be accused of such things,
- that it is a possibility that someone could do such things

either way ... it's pritty sick ...

and bone: WHAT??? I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE THERE TO KNOW IF HE DID IT OR NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I sure hope you never end up in a jury ...........

My thoughts :)

some probably did get molested by jackson, some probably just got touched and want his money

I think he should just back off hanging out with little kids.. and what is up with the parents of these little kids.. I would never let my kids hang out with some guy who has a real "kid" oriented home without being there too...

You can't be too careful, and I don't get why these parents arent. Heck, if they want to sleep at "Uncle Michael's" or whatever they want to call him, that is FINE, just give them their own damn room in his palace, not in your room and / or not down some damn hallway that has alarm triggers and ish like that.

The parents of these kids either see Michael as an easy target for $$$, but they are still possibly exposing their kids to someone who might warp them for life! :?

Well, sleeping in the same bed as children is not a felony. Its different if you have sex with them, wich is what they accuse him for.

I know he has slept in the same bed as children, he has admitted so aswell, but doing that is one thing, doping them down and abusing them is another.
