So how are everyone's workouts going?

I just added another 10 pounds to my sit-up weight. Now I can do situps with 90lbs on my chest. :)
 
We've just got some sort of sit-up machine in the kitchen which we do 10-20 on every time we go in there :)
 
^ Are they weighted though? If you are doing just regular crunches, you are building the endurance of the muscles not the size, so your abs won't get any larger (unless they are really weak to begin with). Crunches are fairly poor cardio too, so you won't really lose any fat. Remember, you can't target fat on a specific part of your body, so for guys especially, crunches are pretty useless.
 
well i have 2 say im very disspointed....i was expectin 2C bulging muscles :roll:
