Downloads Ok but Media Player & Quick time wont play the episode.

Hi, I'm new so apologies if this has already been dealt with.
I have been able to download the latest episode of TG UK 16x01 using all three links at normal speeds, no problem but Windows Media Player or Apple Quicktime wont play them. Media Player says it is something to do with Codecs and Quicktime just bombs out. Can you advise what viewer I should be using or how to upgrade the codecs?
Have been downloading for about 5 years without problems so this is the first time.

Either install an updated codec pack or try playing the file in VLC Media Player.

Have checked the file with GSpot Codec Detector and it says that "Codec(s) are installed. Will google VLC and see what I get.

Have checked avi file with VLC and it tells me the file is "broken". This has happened on all three Standard Definition links. Any one else had this problem today?

Does this appear on the HD version?

Try downloading the Combined Community Codec - http://www.cccp-project.net (it's the "Download CCCP 2010-10-10" link)
Install it, restart your computer, then try playing the file again in Windows Media Player.
