Driven: Ford Focus ST

As far as i know Ford Europe and Ford America are completely separated. Most of the cars they sell in Europe are being developed in Germany (Focus, Mondeo, etc) and are aimed on the European market (firm ride, manuals, diesel engines, normal size), the American models like Crown Vic and Taurus and whatever (dont know most of them) come from Ford America. Thats why the Focus took so long to come to the US.
 
They are 2 compleatly different companies but with the same name and owner.
Ford in EU can make cars.
Ford in USA cant they just rip the people off who buys them.
