Dunno what to think of that.

So wash it off with some Glitch Mob.

I like how the female vocalist in this sounds kinda like a small-displacement race engine at times.

Hyetal - my favorite recently discovered artist

OK, I'm trying to find the name of an EDM song I heard ages ago that lifts the melody from this song's chorus:

It doesn't use the lyrics (has high-pitched synth sounds instead) and is played at a faster tempo. Anyone know what I'm talking about? :?

Fucking found it.

For the first time ever I found myself on a official clip of a big event. LOL... Standing in the first row of the mainstage with my girlfriend at about 1:14.

YES! Dubstep Allstars vol 8 by Distance is awesome too! I'm a huge fan of deeper dubstep (Kryptic Minds, Scuba, Burial, Digital Mystikz etc etc.); none of this UKFdubstep, Borgore, Modestep, Datsik, Skrillex etc. 'brostep' work for me. They sound like powertools and robot farts (no offence to anyone, just my opinion) :D

Power tools and robot farts incoming.

Viineri (say that with Italian pronunciation, sounds sick), those artists are so downtempo it's not really dance! I shouldn't talk though, I like disco. And to be honest all electronic music sounds like power tools.

None taken!

WARNING! Some forum posters may find the following song incredibly annoying. Additionally, some forum posters' dogs may find it incredibly fascinating.

Well, yeah I agree. You don't dance to dubstep, you skank. :D But I disagree that those artists are downtempo, they are around 140bpm (same as that Flux remix of Cracks).

I hate brostep, it has no relation to dubstep in my eyes. My loyalties lie with the same artists you mentioned but I have a personal love for the Deep Medi sound (Silkie, Quest, Vivek, Goth-Trad, etc.) and the Bristol scene (Joker, Pinch, Guido, etc.).

It depends on the tune, each of those artists has a bangin' tune that you could easily get funky with.

Here's some good dance music :) Listen to this with a proper sub and feel the bassweight!

BPM doesn't matter when all your sounds are cool and relaxing. I mean, it's good, but it doesn't make me wanna get up and move really.
