Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Those are some pretty gnarly scans, but thanks. ^_^ Looks like the faces were done by artists this time and not level designers

Every RPG going forwards needs to have that crazy face-mapping-tracking-whatever thing that other game has.

This isn't going to be appropriate, but dang, that girl is pretty. MUCH better than the faces in Oblivion, which my mom described as 'ghostly'.

So much positive rep to be given out here. :D

Really looking forward to this game and as others have mentioned, finally better faces and better animations and on a completely new engine to boot. And it looks like it'll be mod friendly too.

Oh, and some better screens:

It looks and sounds awesome. Definitely a must-have title :)

First task in game: Find Umbra :)

This game will be fantastic. It is quite easily my most anticipated title right now!

It's "annoying" that they are as time consuming as they are, I'm not supposed to have the time for it..

Yay for this
So 11-11-11? That's a long wait.. I just hope they focus more on the game production than on creating hype. I've seen so many titles completely sky rocketed as far as expectations but flew as high as the Wright's Flyer when they came out.

Hopefully there won't be bandits in daedric and glass armor anymore...

Hopefully there won't be glass armor anymore, you mean. That thing looked ridiculous and how can GLASS be stronger than steel? :p

I'm sure they're gonna bring some good armor from what the screenshots show... nothing too revolutionary, it's so hard to do something that hasn't been seen before.
I just finished Two worlds 2 and that set a good par for future RPGs IMO. The armor there looked really good and the graphics were excellent

Man, that trailer was pretty awesome. Between this, BF3, and Shift 2....man

No, there needs to be glass armor, but glass armor needs to be uber rare. And Daedric should be as uber uber rare as it was in Morrowind (in Morrowind there's about a full set and a half scattered throughout the world in individual pieces and another full set worn by the strongest npc in the game). Oblivion gets a pass for easily attainable Daedric armor with the Oblivion crisis (yeah yeah yeah, it's really just awful levelled lists, but, see, it's explainable in lore!), but now that the border has been sealed for two hundred years it should be nearly impossible to find anything daedric.

And yay. Like they said the game does look to have a style of its own. The cities look awesome.

Glass armor was ridiculous... the actual armor looked made of glass. If you're telling me "crystal" armor with some parts of the armor reinforced with very strong crystals then yeah, but not look like you're wearing a transparent plastic rain coat

Needs less psychic guards, I like being able to rove the wastelands doing as I please

Glass armor's awesome. Look at that badass in badass glass armor with a badass battle skirt. Badass.

And ceramic is like glass and is used to stop high powered rifles in the real world which is based on boring reality. Tamrielic green volcanic glass armor comes from the volcanos of Morrowind, it's a completely different material from window glass et cetera.

Just going to leave this here... my god that's miles above Oblivion's mountainscapes.

This game is just going to suck up soo much of my time..
