Episode ID - Permission To Stay Up Late

I wonder if anyone can recall which news segment is in which jeremy goes about saying something like;

"if you are 8, tell your parents you have my permission to stay up late... You are not going to bed"

Because the next thing following is way to awesome to miss it.
I also believe there is another segment where Hammond and May address this very same topic
before they also make another feature of some sort, but on a different episode.

Both segments have been re-playing on my head for days now, but can't remember the episodes.

I know there's one more said by Jeremy but I can't think of which one it is at the moment. And they've done the reverse a couple of times ("If you're seven, you can go to bed now,...") for whatever reason.
