Error: Access is denied - Help please

I'm trying to download the newest Top Gear episode from this site but I keep getting Error: Acess Denied on all 3 versions of the episode(SD, 720p, 1080i) I've downloaded almost every other episode there is available just fine with no issues, but this is the first time I've tried downloading an episode since I upgraded to Windows 7(64 bit). I use uTorrent to download the files, and I've not changed any settings in that since I last downloaded episodes when I was using Vista. There are only 2 changes to my computer, I'm now using Windows 7(64 bit), and I've upgraded my anti-virus(Shaw Secure) to the latest version, 9. I thought perhaps it was the new anti-virus update, but I've turned it off, and Windows Firewall off and I still get the same Error: Access is denied problem after about 30 seconds of download. I save the files in the same place I used to, C:\Program Files (x86)\Top Gear Episodes.
Anybody know how I can fix this?

EDIT: Guess I should say the error occurs in uTorrent, and not on this site. Just re-read the post and realized that wasn't entirely clear

Well I seemed to have fixed it myself. Essentially what I did was just attempt to uninstall it from Control Panel - Uninstall Programs. I say attempt because it didn't properly uninstall, only partially uninstalled. I then just re-installed it and now it seems to be working fine.

Windows vista/7 does not allow regular users to write to critical folders on the harddrive.
