Error: Permission Denied

That's vague.

What program, what are you doing, what is the error displayed, and have you rebooted your computer?
 
I've seen this a few times and it usually means your client is having trouble saving the download to the folder you selected. Try restarting your client, stopping/starting the torrent, etc.
