IF you are willing to dig deep enough... honestly, I don't find the results (meaning the resulting "X stars") to be objective, if the marketing for the system is included in the score. I can see the idea: make the marketing more honest this way, but this should still not be included in this score because it has exactly nothing to do with what the system actually does on the road.

Generally whenever safety features are introduced the numbers improve until the lazy human gets well lazy and relies completely on the new safety thingy. I wouldn't be surprised in five years or less if they start to climb again.
