F*cked Murcielago ... lol

what about this one:

Car:
2006 Mercedes M-class

Description:
Brand new vehicle was being carried on a tractor trailer when it passed underneath a bridge that was too low. The SUV slammed with full force into the bridge, fell off the truck and was hit by another tractor trailer going 60 MPH. This is about as totalled as you can possibly get.

Location:
I-26 in Weaverville, NC

or this:

Car:
2005 Nissan Skyline GTR

Description:
On Friday 3rd of May 2005, at around 9:30 pm my dad was on his way to the Pub to meet a friend. It was raining heavily on the A159 out of Scotter, and my dads friend was going a bit to fast for the conditions. He hit a deep puddle and lost it and skidded onto the verge, taking out 50yards of vegetation. Because his memory is a little hazy, he says he thinks he went end over end into a ditch and smashed the roof in. The car was a write off, and on the saturday morning me and my dad went to recover his belongings and tow the car back to our house for storage. When we arrived, vandals had raided the car of his work documents and business mobile phone, and burnt the car out. 4 new wheels and a new sports exhaust melted, a very nice sports car destroyed by stupid vandals.

Location:
A159 out of Scotter, Lincolnshire, England

EDIT: now, seriously, if I was the mercedes CEO in the region I would shoot the management team ... a brand new car worth a few grand gone just like that ... :wall:

I don't think they care that much, Benz's profits are in the billions, one car makes no difference to them.

I'm still trying to figure out the wrecked lambo though, he hit the wall and the pole. Sliding sideways I guess. :?

my guess for these sort of accidents is the guy racing from the lights and dropping the clutch at high revs causing alot of wheelspin and lost of control, but it doesn't make sense here because Lambo is 4wd and this doesn't happen

I agree, I don?t think he lost control launching the car, but sliding in a corner. Even if the car has 4wd, it still has to obey the laws of physics. :driving:

i'm always asking myself: when they crashtest a ferrari or a lambo...do they really smak an expensive car against the wall? And who pays for it?

It's part of the development costs. The final costumer pays for it...

you need to watch "World's Fastest Cars" ...shows crash tests of some ...like the Jaguar XJ220...

I think they recycle some of the materials from the crashed though ... like remelt the metal and pour it into form again and stuff, so it all goes into making the cars, they would be dumb to waste it unless they can't re-use it.
