Got this from another member in a graphic design forum, enjoy!
Hey, I saw you were looking for an F1 feed the other day. There's this program called CoolStreaming (http://www.coolstreaming.org/) that has a bunch of channels from Asia - mostly China. Anyway, if you download and run the application, F1 broadcasts are the channel called "test sports", which is actually Star Sports.
You can also go to http://www.espnstar.com/tvtimes/tvtimes_index.jsp to see the listings for Star Sports and ESPN. Just scroll down to China and keep in mind the time is +13 from EST, so you might need to change the date selection as well.
When you run the program it should open Windows Media Player - if you use something else, you'll need to edit the options. It takes a little time to buffer completely, so you might start it up 10 or 20 minutes before the broadcast you want to watch begins so it plays smoothly.
There's also another program called Cybersky-TV (http://cybersky-tv.net/), which isn't out yet due to some legislation, but when and if it appears it's probably worth keeping an eye on.
