F1 Game #2 - Guess the car

Was the car from a British manufacturer?

Did the car have cigarette advertising?

First batch of answers is in.

THE REAL STIG 2
AnGuRuSO 2
Gman333-x-Ferrari 1
Joc? 1
Steve Levin 1
gti138 1
Hazardous 0

From now on, all the questions will refer to non-six-wheeled cars. Hazardous gets no points.

So now we know that this car

was neither Italian, nor British,
did not win any races,
used slick tires,
did not feature skirts and downforce-generating undertrays,
and did feature cigarette advertising.

Was the car French?

Did the car run a Cosworth/Ford engine?

Oi! Not fair!!

If I had known that I obviously would not have posted that question. All cars are allowed, including six wheelers and therefore the answer might as well have been 'no'. Admittedly quite unlikely but it was a completely valid question.

Did the car have a normally aspirated engine?

Was it driven by a French driver?

THE REAL STIG maintains a surprising lead at this point...

So far we know that this car

was French,
did not win any races,
used slick tires,
did not feature skirts and downforce-generating undertrays,
did feature cigarette advertising,
was never raced by blonde-haired guys, but was raced by a Frenchman,
and did not use either a V6 engine or a Ford Cosworth engine.

Was the team named after it's founder?

Peter3hg comes out of absolutely nowhere to win this round!!!!

The Prost JS45, the last car in the Ligier-Prost line-up to carry the "JS" (Jo Schlesser) initials in its name, and the team's 1997 challenger. Driven by Olivier Panis and Shinji Nakano, was a potential race winner and a consistent challenger up to Olivier's leg-breaking crash in Canada. His replacement, Jarno Trulli, had some sparkling performances in the JS45, even leading half the race in Austria before an engine failure. Overall, a car which never actually fulfilled its potential.

And the round scoreboard looks like this:

Peter3hg 7
THE REAL STIG 4
gti138 4 (question counted, since it was before the guess)
AnGuRuSO 3
