Its been so exciting to not see Ferrari competitive. The F2005 is a step forward from terrible, but it aint out of the woods yet. If anything so far, I think that this season is starting to arise questions about the driving abilities of Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barichello. Michael was great when he was driving in 1993 but I think that he is starting to fall. Just doesnt impress me as much as he did. And if anything has suprised me more, it is the unbelievable turnaround of Toyota and the quick, consistant pace of the Red Bull cars. So far, a great season!
Back on about the F2005, the car might be good, but I think this car might spell the end for Bridgestone in Formula One. Ferrari is their only major sponsorship and right now they are provided horrid tyres. It was interesting at the end of Grand Prix today to see how the Ferrari's tyres were literally slick whereas the Michelins were in much better condition. This might have just been an aggressive tyre selection by Ferrari but so far Bridgestone needs to pick up the pace in order to remain just in mid-pack.
