I'm not sure if this has been done before.

I reckon the greatest F1 moment was Mansell overtaking Senna at Barcelona in 91. It's pretty awesome how they're only inches apart before Mansell gets in front.

Nah, it was Mika overtaking Schumi and Zonta at Belgium

I don't know exactly who the other driver was, but it was Ralf Schumacher being hit in the Monaco tunnel by Montoya (i think). While he spun backwards in a huge cloud of smoke he pulled the middle finger right at Montoya.

1957 German Grand Prix @ Nurburgring

Fangio's Maserati overtaking the two Ferraris in the final laps to win the race > *

Can't pic only one favorite moment, but definetly one of them is Nelson Piquet overtaking Ayrton Senna at Hungary, I think, in 1986.

Jack Stewart about this: "It was like making a 747 Jumbo do a loop"

It hasn't happened yet, will let you know when it does. Hopefully in 2007. :p

H?kkinen vs. Schumacher in Belgium. I know there's lots of great looking overtaking moments in F1 history but this is the one I saw on TV that I will never forget. Maby I am a retard but somehow I picture myself in the BAR in Zondas place... dam that must feel scary!
Great overtaking. :)

One of my favorite moments aswell. This one really shows Hakkinen's class (that and i always like to see Schumacher lose)

Yup, yet another vote for that littel bit of showmanship from the Finn...

I also remember seeing Schumi do a full 360 and just continuing straight on a quali lap way back when he was still at Benetton. Saw it live when it happened and haven't seen it since so I dont remember which race it was, but I remember being mighty impressed at the time.

In thread like this Villeneuve (Gilles) & Arneux battle must be mentioned :)

My vote goes with him...

But also Mansell vs Senna in 1986 on Jerez when Senna won the race by 0.01 seconds. And Monaco 1992 when Senna won the GP holding it by 3 laps

 how old are you?

I've seen the racing footage... It's truly a miraculous victory. I recommend you download it.

EDIT: I just remembered that Top Gear featured the 250F:

Ayrton helping out after a crash. Then Comas came to Ayrton after his crash, but was too late.

Several impressive performances by Senna under the rain. Specially one Canadian Grand Prix, under intermitent rain. When the rain started, everyone mounted wet tyres, but he kept on with intermediate tyres. He struggled at the beginning, but when the rain stopped and the track dried up his laps kept improving. Unfortunately, in the end the rain reappeared and all his efforts were in vain. But it was incredible.

Of course, another special moment was Fernando Alonso's first win :)

Kimi going balls out into Eau Rouge with a cloud of smoke covering the track in that section LOL. Probably the most gutsy move i've seen in modern F1

Brazilian GP 06 - schumi goes from P10 to P5 then down to P18 then finishing in P4... simply amazing. (edit: i might be mistaken about one or two positions)
