So my sisters still get the LEGO Shop-At-Home catalog and I ran across these in it:

For pre-schoolers:

A little more advanced:

And the best for last:

I got yelled at though for looking at the catalog 'cause it turns out they are gonna get me that Enzo for my birthday. Yes, I know it doesn't look that much frankly like the Enzo, but it'll still be cool. Plus, my birthday is 6 months away and you all know me, so I'll have forgotten by then. ;)

Yeah, hard to make an Enzo outta LEGOs at that scale (it's only 10" long), but I still think it's cool. 8)

And no, I have not outgrown LEGOs thank you very much. :p

I still have Lots of LEGO too

I made this the other day

No of course not lol

I don't like these. All Lego toys used to be constructed with a limited number of differently shaped pieces. Specially shaped bricks were an exception rather than the rule, which meant you could create tons of things with the Legos you had (edit: like the pic above for instance  ). Now look at this Enzo for instance, how many plain Legos were used for that? I don't see how this can teach children to be creative.

I have this old Lego Rolls Royce... Way better if you ask me:

 I was gonna say that was fucking nuts if you really did. :p

I prefer the builing part over designing stuff which is why most of my sets are in their instructional form. ;)

Oh, ok. Somehow I thought Escher didn't belong in the Automotive section. :D

I used to love Lego Technics - used to have an awesome big truck thing that could pick stuff up, built it with my Dad. Then I got to phase where me and my friend would buy an emormous Lego Technic vehicle each and then ram them into each other in front of a video camera - that was the coolest thing in the world! lol Then naturally we'd watch em back in slo-mo and see all the bits fly off in random directions, I loved it! Ah, my mispent youth was so innocent!

Well actually LEGO SHOULDN't below in Automotive as well :p
Yeah, well, it started out automotive related. Moving... :p

BTW - best site ever: http://www.brickset.com/

And some of my favorite LEGO sets that I own:

(click for details)

<-- this sucker is HUGE!

<-- working gearbox! :D

<-- 4 wheel drive even though it bends in the middle

<-- that thing extends soooo far and has rear wheel steering

And then I have like my 14 foot or so long train (2 engines) and like 100 feet of track too (Xerox box filled to the brim with track, another full of train cars and a 3rd with the station and such). I haven't set this thing up in years. I should do it someday.

I have the last crane too, and a Technic Heli, F1 car, but mostly the little blocks, the damn things are expensive now, you want a little car and it's 20 euros here...kids get 2 euros per week... :bangin:

 Best one? Ever?

hmm... lego was never a thing over here is asia... never knew they were so popular thing in europe and america... lego just didn't appeal to me... I fixed 1:16 scale plastic cars as a kid

This is my model, that I enjoyed smashing up and reassembling:
