This 7.000 Tonne heavvy ferry (Queen of Oak Bay) lost motor power, and couldn't stop, so it lit its whistle letting innocents know it was going to crush the port, luckilly no one was hurt! Only about 20 small boats was crushed to sticks... :eek:

:lmao: That's the Queen Mary 2, of course that's HUGE, but yatch/boat that crashed into that small port was big. IMO :)
 
LOL. I've been on those boats and will be going on them again in December. I sure hope there aren't any problems like that when I go :D Good on the captain for avoiding danger :D

A friend of mine drove out there when he heard the news and took pictures of it. I may have some first-hand pictures to post in a while if anyone is interested.
