Headed to a local resort hotel to take some pictures of our daughter, who is 9 months old yesterday. Still using some of the Auto modes (not Full Auto, but still....) If it weren't important photos, and I had more time, I would have waded in to the Manual settings.

Anyway, here are a few of the highlights.

You've done well. :) The images are generally sharp, the exposure fits the motive and environment, and in most of them, you've used a composition that works well.

:)

2nd and last are my favorites, but when baby is involved, theyre all great..

I have a T1i as well!
as nomix already said, the pictures are good. Oh, and congrats on the baby!

Thanks guys!

This camera has so many features and modes, I have packed the manual in the bag with me. Its going to take some getting used to!

Spend time learning the manual, and buy a good photography book. If you knew Norwegian, I'd recommend Magnar Fj?rtoft, but as you probably don't, I think we'll have to rely on the anglosaxan-speaking members of the board to give you a recommendation. :)
