I leave the skin on due to laziness, you can tell they're not fried, but the texture is fine.
I use one of these all i use is the mandolin and the rack. The mandolin doesn't fit in the bowl i'm gonna have to cut it.

Had this for lunch on dad's birthday a few days ago. Not my photo, but uncle Google to the rescue:
Veal Filet Mignon in mushroom sauce served with ?truklji (flat pastry, rolled up, filled with cottage cheese (or even goat cheese if the restaurant is feeling adventurous) and boiled) topped with breadcrumbs fried in butter.
Speaking of burgers, I recently had the "Ringmaster" Whopper at Burger King and it was great! I only got it because I got a coupon that gave me a free drink and side with the purchase of the burger; I would never pay $7 for a burger. :lol:
