(for ren) RX-8 owner gets mad

This guy's RX-8 broke down and got so pisst, he decided to trash it.

Now, he did all of this in 1 hour. Can you believe that? In 1 hour? I could've done a much better job in 1 hour. :lol:

looks like realibility is not great if on a rx8 if thats what caused him to be so ticked off :lol:

Erm.. yeah right, other than showing that he's stupid it doesn't show much, unless you have the story to go with it.

If he really broke it like that, he's a complete moron who had money to waste, and doesn't deserve a RX-8.

Could also be a vandalised or stolen car.. I mean it's easy to make up a story.

For the people who can't read this:
Wognum (a village) - An RX8 broke down thrusday on the A7. The car was still there after a few hours, but was totally beaten and kicked. The owner was so frustrated that he broke down, that he decided to demolish his car.

What went wrong with it? There aren't many problems with the RX-8 so that's weird.

Well laws are strange here, for instance a burglar can ask back tax paid over the gun for the robbery. So I think there is a way for him to get his money for the car, maybe he has a retard-impuls, like a psycho.

Reliability on the RX-8 is supposed to be bad.
 
thats a rotary thing. Sometimes if you do that they will flood do to excess unburn fuel getting in the engine. It's not as bad as it sounds though. My old rx7 with 175k miles on it, in dire dire need of a rebuild would still start up like a champ when we did it.
I thought mazda fixed the ren. engine so that it wasnt so proned to flood though... And I havent heard of any reliability issues from the rx8 as of yet.
Naturaly aspired rx7's have been proven to be very reliable cars that can take a beating.

Really? Weird, becuase 95% of the stuff I read on RX-8 forums are problems caused by the stupidity of the owners and their miscomprehension of rotary engines. ;)

thats true... this is the problem with rotary engines, if you start it up and let it idle on a uphill slope, shut off the engine and try to start it again, it would be very difficult to start because it would just be flooded.

and the RX-8's n/a Renesis engine is supposed to be really reliable, if you look at both technologies, Rotary is supposed to be more reliable and longer lasting because there is less change in direction, everything is spinning on one continuous movement compared to the pistons moving rapidly up and down...
