Guess what guys, I did a bit of searching and came across something that will be featured in this weeks show.

Check out this link, its all about how Top Gear wrecks a few cars using a Boewing 747. I read that they used the engines of the plane to propell cars into the air and let gravity do the wrecking work :D looks like the guys have been up to no good.

Quoted from the site:
"The show featuring the 747 stunt will be broadcast on July 18."

hehe sounds like classic TG to me

But this is a track test and real driving test! :D

What's all the fuss about this Ford GT?

^^^The fuzz iz the fuzz man!^^^

Ever since Jeremy Clarkson started talking about how great Ford is, cuz he's ordered one (and might be the one they're actually testing in this upcoming show) the other presenters have been teazing Jeremy about it.
Finally he got it! And he's not known for making bad choices when it comes to buying a new car. He's had a Ferrari 355 and has currently got a Merc SL55 (now a Ford GT)

I love both the old and great Ford GT40 and I love the new one, so I'm really excited to see how it does on the track!

I don't think it's his. He wouldn't let his brand new car go flat out on the track. It's probably just the first time they have the possibility to test one in the UK rather than Detroit. Nothing more to it.

^^We'll just have to see for ourselves ;-)^^

Seems logic that he wouldn't let his new car go flat out ...

In Top Gear magazine a few months ago, they were bragging about being the first mag to actually test the GT40 on the European side of the Atlantic, so I guess that's the car Top Gear the show got for track and road testing... I doubt it very much that it would actually be Jezza's car - don't you remember his face when the Stig took out his Merc?

I dunno.....
I remember there was an episode when the brought out the "Classic Wall" and they were all making fun of JC and his poor ability to spot a classic car. I remember Jeff said "You are buying high and selling low!"

Can't wait for the Ford GT lap time! It should beat the 360 Modena by at least a full second.
