1967 Ford Fairlane 500, I estimate (using dyno2000) around 320 crank HP, and and 340 crank ftlb.

There's probably about 20% drivetrain loss, so that works out to ~250 wheel horsepower and ~275 ftlbs from a 306 CI V8. Those numbers feel accurate according to the seat of my pants, but I won't know for sure till I get it on a dyno, hopefully later this year.

In your funky SI units, that's 186.4 kW, 372.8 Nm, and 5.02 litres

The car weighs approximatly 3000 lbs/1360 kg

You'd be surprised - a big car in that day just meant a bit more sheet metal. No safety or sound deadening or whatnot made for relatively light cars. Small-block V8s aren't crazy-heavy either.
