1967 Ford Fairlane 500, I estimate (using dyno2000) around 320 crank HP, and and 340 crank ftlb.

There's probably about 20% drivetrain loss, so that works out to ~250 wheel horsepower and ~275 ftlbs from a 306 CI V8. Those numbers feel accurate according to the seat of my pants, but I won't know for sure till I get it on a dyno, hopefully later this year.

In your funky SI units, that's 186.4 kW, 372.8 Nm, and 5.02 litres

The car weighs approximatly 3000 lbs/1360 kg

The 1984 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is factory rated at 160 net HP, unknown torque, from a 305 CI V8, and weighs in at 4409 lbs, so 119.3 kW, 4.998 liter, and 2000 kg

The 1990 Saab 900 SPG is factory rated at 175 Hp, 195 lbft, from a 122 Ci Turbo I4, and weighs 2900 lbs, so 130.5 kW, 264.4 Nm, 2.0 liter, and 1315.4 kg

32.75kW/l and 89kW/t I6 N/A

That i4 Turbo must look pretty small in the engine bay of that Caddy. :p

The car weighs only 1360kgs? That's not a lot for a us 60s v8 monster.

You'd be surprised - a big car in that day just meant a bit more sheet metal. No safety or sound deadening or whatnot made for relatively light cars. Small-block V8s aren't crazy-heavy either.

I didn't see the Blizzard, think you posted as I was writing mine.
Does it have an intercooler or just a turbo? Also with the 'optimising' and bigger intercooler mine should really produce at least 115hp.

No intercooler as far as I know.

If you thought this post said something different, you're wrong and I definitely didn't misread Matt's question.

These are the two I use the most.

2014 Ford F150: 3.5L Twin turbo V6: 365hp(272kW), 2540KG

2012 Yamaha Super Tenere: 1199cc parallel twin: 108.5hp(80.9kW), 265KG

I'll let the spreadsheet to the maths.
