The rear is kinda weird.
Front looks Punto-ish.
I like it! :D

Note to Nissan: This is how you make a cheap subcompact interior, not that piece of shit excuse for one you shovel into the "I'm a versa i swear...honest!" 2012 Versa *cough* It's not really a Tiida/Versa *cough* Sedan.

On another note, this looks great, like a mini Punto but without the ugly Evo phase. How large is this car? A segment? B segment?

GM's giving us the Spark, it would be nice to see this as a Dodge branded entry .

It?s the smallest FIAT, slightly larger than a 500.

Gotcha, in many ways this makes a lot more sense than that 4-door 500 they're making partly for us...not everyoe wants to drive a rolling retrobox.

Sporting version

This is FIAT's low cost for the B segment. Think Dacia Sandero.

- lenght: 3,88m
- width: 1,67m
- height: 1,51m
- wheelbase: 2,42m

Where did you get this info?

Also, I would say it?s not a competitor to the Sandero, since it?s slightly smaller. The Punto is a competitor to the Sandero (unless we?re considering price and not size).

From another forum, through a brazillian member.

I'm considering price and general quality. The Punto is more upmarket, the Sandero cannot really rival it.

Oh, in that case, yes. :)

If those measurements are correct, the Palio will get just slightly bigger.
WANT!

Its looks OK. But there are just so many tiny FIATS people want, now try making a world beater in the mid and large sized car ranges.

Luckily, they now have Chrysler's expertise in that department to help. No, I'm serious, the "cloud cars" (cirrus, stratus, breeze) and the LH line (Concorde, Vision, Intrepid, New Yorker/LHS) garnered many accolades in the day. I do believe that they're using Fiat platforms for the mid-size D segment cars, just widened, with Chrysler's assistance.

That is much harder, and even here, where FIAT has a good grasp of the market, they?re struggling to compete in the midrange sedan market.

There are some excellent mid large cars in the market it is a tough market to crack - they have design OK but they need more than that I am afraid. Better costs and performance, let us hope that the chryslers do the trick for them but Ford, VW group, et al are difficult to beat, they spend shedloads on R & D.

Already up for sale here.
I am really curious and starting to want one. :|

Why do I keep reading this as "Fiat Polio"? Is acceleration that paralytic or something?
