This game looks mad! Heaps of rice-boy cars and a really good soundtrack apparently. Sounds like its got a good storyline aswell. I hope its better than "True Crime:Streets Of LA" cos that game sucked.

Its scheduled to come out on 10th October on PS2...XBOX and PC versions coming out subsiquently.

I watched the video for this thinking it was going to take off where RUSH2049 for N64 left off, WRONG! This game is another ricer poser game, steer clear of this one.

Oh and Rush2049 was such a freaking awesome game on the N64.

I was a HUGE fan of the RUSH series on the '64 (I had all of them) and the demo of this (it's on the latest Playstation Magazine disc) is actually pretty fun. I think I'll pick this up in a few months when the price has come down. It's definetly a ricer game, but it's still fun and you can always avoid getting the rice cars.

Yeah, but its nothing like the original Rush series. To be honest, I didn't like the first rush, I liked Rush 2: Extreme Racing and Rush 2049 the best. Although Rush 2 wasn't liked by reviewers, my brother and I played those 2 games way to much. In Rush 2 I would go around getting the checkpoints to keep the time up while he went around looking for the Mountain Dew cans.

And for the stunts in the Rush games, I must have over 1000 hours played on each game in the stunts tracks. Man I loved those games, I still have Rush2049 somewhere.

I was young when I played the Rush series on the 64 but I remember it like it was yesterday...all those shortcuts you could find, the massive jumps and the hippy van I used to love driving It was a great series.

Update on this LA RUSH game...its made by Midway They have made shit games in the past but I hear the demo is still good so maybe it'll be good. Im edging out for some new games rite now!!
