Boy, glad i dont own a car here in the netherlands :)

Saw that at the PcPerspective forum I belong to....man it's time to move to Venezuela! :p

They missed some countries on there. Canada is up to $3.34 US / gallon

Pfft! all the poor countries get it for almost nothing! they should stop whineing!

I'm waiting till the day the US goes over $3 / gallon. Talk about lots of unhappy people.

all americans should run their cars on oil from fries and deep fried foods

:lmao: I like that one.

Maybe they could turn human fat from liposuction clinics into fuel.

I paid $1.15/L for 91 octane the other day. Oh well, sure beats taking the bus...

Yeah, its horrifying... I didn't fill up my car for a while, as my Dad brought me some petrol from Austria (maybe you're saving up to 10 Euros...) And I went everything that involves longer drives in his car.

And today I saw normal unleaded at 1,29 Euros, the highest I've ever seen... :-(
Shell Optimax @ 1,49 Euros... And that 5,8 per gallon and about 7 US$$ per gallon... (didn't calc it, though...)

Buba

here around 1.28 euros/l that's roughly 5.96 USD/gallon

petrol taxes suck... why of all places do WE have to be the most expensive... even Japan is cheaper!!

Well didnt you know that? But still you get LPG almost everywhere, converting your vehicle doesnt cost much, so use that if you are really worried about it ;) You get your investment back after about 20000km

Some have gotten wise to that :)

It's about $2.70 here and that is high for this part of the U.S.

Why am I not surprised to see Denmark at number 4 :(

It's around ?1.10 here per litre and There is no more 97 Octane in the country anymore because of Taxes were too high on it ...

So what is the highest Octane level you can get? It sounds rather stupid to ban high levels since they can burn more efficently, and therefore give you a lower fuelconsumption.

AUD1.25 per litre for 98 Octane, around AUD0.10 cheaper for 91 Octane (so I'm not going to complain)
