German Tuner Wiesmann Produces Classically Styled GT

The front looks like a melting X-type, but overall I like it.

We can never have too many German sportcar companies.

Actually the Wiesmann Roadster (with the same front) was out before the X-Type. So blame Jaguar instead for having an "inflated" Wiesmann front on their car! :p

I like your attitude though... :)

YEah, they did. They were amazed at how good the riding was with those 20" wheels.

2756lbs?! That thing is light compared to the other cars in its league! But still only a 0-60 of 4.1 secs? Yeah, sure, that's fast but I expect faster with that relatively light chassis. I bet it handles sooo nice. :D

Wiesmanns were meant to be new healeys, then some of the people in bmw top boards, decided to have own factory and build them. That is why those cars get all the bmw technic they need, including smg2 transmissions, new 750/X5 4.8is engines and so on.

I guess their greed have denied us from having M edition of Z4 so far. AMG slk55 might help us and the Z4 M edition has been testing at the ring. Well there has been also other difficulties at bmw, too many top models coming out at the same time, all timelines are postponed, think M5, 130i, 4x4 5-series, 258hp engine in Z4 and so on. Only the M6 is within the waited timeline, but the price is imho too steep.

The wiesmann featured on EVO had the E46 M3 engine and SMG transmission. They're the only outside manufacturer that they provide M parts to.
